Busy day of rest...

We spent the day fixing odds and ends around the little beach house on wheels. We also had some old bananas that needed to be used so we first went to Walmart to get a few groceries and buy a bowl. Can you believe it? I forgot to pack any kind of mixing bowl. Found a reasonable plastic one and we were on our way back. I found my cookbook and proceeded to make 18 banana bread muffins!

Then once those were done, since the oven was hot I put in a little pork roast for supper. While that was cooking, Bill fixed the border in the bathroom and fixed a leak on the water heater. I put all the rugs outside and swept the whole interior.

Then Bill followed up with a quick vacuuming.

The rugs were shook and put back and I was hungry! So we had a nice salad, the pork roast, bread and butter and a couple of banana muffins. Then it was cleanup and we took a walk around the campground. Tomorrow we start again but it was nice to have a day to get a few things done and rest.
